I think what you say here is lovely but naive. People have been warring against one another since their inception. One tribe forever trying to take what another had. Aboriginal peoples were not necessarily peaceful.

I spend most of my time in the wild, observing nature. Nature is certainly not non-violent, anything but. Mother Nature can be at once cruel and incredibly violent then serene and and so beautiful it will break your heart.

We are nature. We are not some romantic concept of Shangrila. What we need to do is attempt to master our nature not try to deny it.
