Controlling thoughts was one of the first, and most important, things I learned when I began to open up spiritually. How enlightening it felt to know that our emotions, our desires, etc...they were all created from thought. It seems so ignorant now to look back and see how controlled by my mind I once was. The answer was there in front of me all along: Change your thoughts, change your life. And once I opened up to that and accepted it and seen it as the truth...how liberating! It was a certainly a magical realization. I hope anyone who reads this understands it as I did. It really does work, my friends. It's all up to you. Believing IS seeing! Thanks, Michael!
