Evolution of a Soul - Putting Info into Practical Use

Continued from The Evolution of a Soul…
We must realize that there is a force that is seemingly outside of ourselves that has a very strong creative influence in our lives. We must also realize that this force has our ultimate best interest in mind as it puts us into life circumstances that may seem to us in our limited perspective to be painful. We must also realize that this force does have our desires in mind and gives us the chance to fulfill those desires, even if our desires when viewed from a limited perspective seem harmful to us. This force that we call God, or the Masters of Karma, or the Holy Spirit, or our Oversoul are all attempting to create balance within creation, to satisfy all of our desires, to evolve us towards a very delicious and satisfying state of wholeness while maintaining our individuality. If we can keep this in mind while we are going through the difficult moments of our lives, and trust that this is how Life works, then we can let go of our attachments in any single moment of time. If we let go of our attachments then we also let go of suffering and embrace peace.
Desire is not the reason we suffer as some philosophies state…attachment to the outcome is the cause of our suffering. Desire is a creative mental state that draws lifeforce energy through us. Attachment causes us to suffer.
So in practical terms I feel I have covered the basics about life and how to avoid suffering using this new perspective when Life does not seem to be giving you what you want. Now I would like to cover how to use our minds to create within the boundaries I have just described.
Our Creative Mind
Although we may seem tiny and insignificant in terms of the great powers of Life that surround us, our minds really do have a very potent creative ability. This creativity gets much stronger as we expand ourselves into alignment with absolute Truth. Think of it this way…Imagine a small circle somewhere inside of a larger circle. The larger circle represents the full potential of who we are and absolute Truth and the smaller circle represents the developed personality containing all of its experience, habits of thought, and understanding of Life. That small circle is not necessarily dead center within the larger circle, the position within the larger circle is unique for each of us. Our goal is to expand that small circle until it is as large as the larger full circle. We do this by observing our thoughts and the consequences of our thoughts. Our feelings are one of the consequences of our thoughts.
When we start out as a new soul, that small circle is quite small. As we make mistakes and suffer the consequences it remains small. But once we learn from our mistakes, and change our habits of thought, our awareness expands and so does that small circle. Now at least in one small way, we understand a certain aspect of life. And this process continues until that small circle expands to the size of the full larger circle.
Our thoughts are creative. The first things they create are feelings. Our feelings are the primary basis of our experience of life. If we feel good, we experience a good life. If we feel bad, we experience a bad life. All masters tell us that when we are in alignment with God we feel good…the greater the connection, the closer to blissful our feelings get. When we are separating ourselves from God we feel bad, the flow of life-force energy into us is choked off, and it somehow feels like death, we feel like we want to die.
Since God is Life itself, since God is all knowing, all seeing and the greatest and only power that exists, it is foolish to separate ourselves from God. Yet as young souls we do not know this and we do it on a regular basis and come to the conclusion that it is some outside circumstance that is making us feel bad. This is very confusing for us and it takes a lot of time to work this out, and we create a lot of harmful elementals in the process. But once we do work it out we come to realize that feeling good means we are connected with God and all of that power, wisdom and guidance.
So the first thing to know about being creative is that it should feel good. When it doesn’t you are heading down the wrong path, an impossible path, a path that will not yield what it is that you truly desire. When you do not feel good something is wrong and you should stop in that moment and evaluate your thoughts or evaluate what you just came into contact with. You are getting the message that this is not going to be good for you or for anybody else, which is also you.
Sometimes we think that we need to feel bad when something bad happens to us or to someone else and we prolong the bad feelings. Can you see how that is not helpful? I am not telling you that you cannot feel your feelings and cannot have a good cry or that you should not let pent up emotions like anger out. This is not about putting on a happy face when you are really miserable…that will create physical illness in your body. This is about transforming the thoughts that created the emotions in the first place. When you first begin this process, it may take some time before you realize how you feel and those emotions might just build up to the place where releasing the emotions are exactly what you need to do. Have a good cry. Beat a pillow to a pulp. Go for a brisk walk and kick a few stones into a safe direction. Do your best not to off load these emotions onto other people or animals. Release the physical energy that builds up with emotion and while you are doing it restore your mind to sanity. Reach for thoughts that make you feel just a little bit better, and then again just a little bit better still, and keep doing it until you have released all the emotion, stabilized your mind and are feeling good again.
As for creative thought, “Not”, “No” and “Don’t Want” are meaningless! What we focus on expands. If you think, “I don’t want such and such,” then such and such is what you are creating.
One single thought will not create much in this world. It takes much more thought and much more focus on something to attract it into your life. Some people get the notion if I think, “I want such and such,” then such and such should appear. Of course that is not how it works. What about the billions of thoughts you hold in your mind the rest of the day? They are creative too and they will cancel out the single stray thoughts you hold because you really do not believe it is really possible.
Thoughts that create strong feelings are much more creative than thoughts that create weak or no feelings.
Desire is creative and for the most part happens automatically. When you feel something is missing, you automatically desire the missing object. When your car breaks down, you automatically desire the resources to fix it or a car that works properly.
Focusing on “I want, I want, I want” is really focusing on “I don’t have, I don’t have, I don’t have.” It is focusing on lack. It does not feel good. Focus instead on what it will be like when you do have it. Dream of how it will help you to have it.
Focusing on how your desire will come is rarely helpful. If you pay attention you will notice it does not feel good. It feels like a burden. It feels like you have extra work to do, stressful. It feels like you don’t know how to make it happen, frustration. Let God sort out how it comes, but do follow joyful inspiration when it comes, this often leads you to the fulfillment of desires.
Go with the flow. Accept what is coming and where you are. Often we need certain experiences to prepare us for what it is we want. For example, if you want a really good lover and partner, yet you tend to blow up in anger and blame others for your anger, you may need many experiences that help you work through your anger. Otherwise if the right person comes into your life you will alienate them and push them away. But if you have a few lovers come and go through your life, lovers that also have issues around anger to work on, you can both work through them together and part company when it is time to get ready for the partner who is that perfect match you are seeking.
Like attracts like. We attract things to us based on our dominant vibrations. These vibrations are formed by our thoughts and our feelings tell us the nature of these energies. Life is filled with random events, people and things that pass us by on a continuous basis. Yet we only tune into a small fragment of what is passing us by. This tuning in occurs based on our vibration that was created by our thoughts. If we have a desire, but are lost in the “whoa is me” sort of thinking, our desire can float on by and not be noticed due to the mismatch in our vibration. But if you are happy and carefree and feeling good you will notice your desire as it floats on by and reel it in.
Although this may have been a long blog, it really is a short description of a very large reality. In reality Life is much bigger and much more amazing then all of this I have explained. Others will paint a different picture, one that may even seem to conflict some of the things I am telling you. That is okay. Take it in, take it all in, and observe Life. Allow a multidimensional picture to form in your mind about how it all fits together. You may find it takes years for some of the pieces to fit. I used to think there was no such thing as hell. I’d get angry at my Christian upbringing for pushing that concept onto me. But these days I see how it fits…it is just that hell is not an eternal experience like we were taught. Hell is an isolated experience and one we build for ourselves through our thought process. Hell is something our Oversoul and the Masters of Karma helps us move out of by giving us experiences that balance and correct our thinking.
So if you don’t understand how a certain concept fits, let that be okay. Work with what you do understand and observe. You have all of the resources you need to understand Life and to master your own God given creative powers. Other people can guide you, but you have to do the work and make your own connection with God.
For those whose philosophy of life does not include reincarnation, this maybe a difficult explanation to swallow. Reincarnation may be a difficult concept to prove, none the less it does explain so much about the inequities of life. I know of no other philosophy of life that makes any sense or is fair in anyway without reincarnation in it. People that present philosophies without reincarnation in it are fond of saying that the unexplainable is the mystery of God. But I say that reincarnation is a fact based on my own personal experience. ALL prominent masters that I am aware of who are well respected and have been able to perform amazing miracles or had provable psychic abilities, state that reincarnation is a fact. These include masters from all over the world in many different religions and cultures.
What I have presented in this blog is a combination of my own experiences along with the teachings of many masters I have encountered in my years of study as well as intuitive information that comes from my own conversations with God. I know that I still have further to go in fully understanding all of this myself and I am open to receiving comments with alternative views.

This blog was inspired while I was watching the movie Patch Adams with Robin Williams. There is a scene in the move where his girlfriend is killed because she goes to help a mental patient. The movie was based on a true story, and that particular scene reminded me so much of the real life experiences I have witnessed over and over again with folks who have been abused.

Yes there is a relationship between intuition and desire. Desire is the creative force in your life. Desire is what brings to you the things you have in your life. So if you are creating with desire then it is quite natural that intuition would come about, an advanced warning, something you want is near.
